Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using the Dress In Style mobile application or any associated web services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Logic Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use Dress In Style.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the Service to upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

If your account is suspended or terminated, you may appeal by contacting legal@dressinstyle.ai within 14 days. We will review your appeal and respond within 30 days.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Dress In Style, including wardrobe photos, style preferences, and personal information.

By uploading content, you grant Dress In Style a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., generating outfit recommendations).

You can delete your content at any time, and we will remove it from our active systems within 30 days. Backup copies may take up to 90 days to be fully purged.

Dress In Style's AI styling recommendations are generated algorithmically and are provided as suggestions only. They do not constitute professional fashion advice.

While we strive for accuracy, AI recommendations may not always align with your expectations. We continuously improve our models based on anonymized feedback patterns.

Smart Shopping recommendations may include affiliate links or sponsored placements, which will always be clearly disclosed.

Dress In Style offers three plans: Free (no payment), Pro (₹399/month), and Pro+ (₹699/month). Pro and Pro+ can also be billed annually for 5% off the monthly rate. Current pricing and included features are described on our Pricing page and within the app.

Pro and Pro+ subscriptions auto-renew each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription within the Dress In Style app — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for step-by-step instructions.

Payment is processed through Razorpay, our payment partner in India, via a recurring payment mandate (UPI AutoPay or a card/NACH e-mandate) set up when you subscribe. We do not directly collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles that directly.

Cancelling stops future renewals only. Because each billing period is paid for in advance, cancelling does not refund the current period — you keep access until that period's expiry date, then the account reverts to Free. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

For subscribers paying via Indian bank accounts, UPI, or cards, recurring mandate charges are governed by the Reserve Bank of India's e-mandate framework, which requires advance notification before each auto-debit above the RBI's notification threshold. Razorpay and your bank/UPI provider — not Dress In Style directly — are responsible for that notification and for honoring any mandate-cancellation request you make directly with them.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

The Dress In Style app, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of AI Logic Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our written consent.

"Dress In Style" is a trademark of AI Logic Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

AI Logic Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app and via email at least 14 days before taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Gurugram, Haryana.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Logic Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you upload to the Service.

AI Logic Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government actions, internet or infrastructure failures, or third-party service outages.
